The Accesus Jib Crane is a hanging system designed to support and maintain a scaffold or hanging platform with lifts of a load capacity equal to or less than 500 kg.
The components of the Jib crane are compatible with achieving up to 4 types of configurations of different sizes (triangular wall Jib, inverse wall Jib, triangular column Jib, and inverse column Jib). The column Jib is usually fixed to a newly built reinforced concrete foundation with the screws, plates, and foundation frames supplied with the Jib. However, if this is not possible, the column may be fixed to the ground using expansion plugs or chemicals, at the opinion and responsibility of a qualified specialist.
The crane Jib supports the installation of EN 1808 certified trolleys for use with suspended scaffolding. The suspended wires structure requires at least two operators: one on the suspended platform and the other at the suspension level.
It is delivered with its corresponding CE certificates for lifting people and its manual for use and assembly, as required by European Directive 2006/42 and EN 1808.
